It's not that we should also follow the same diet the people of Okinawa are taking because it doesn't make any sense, the main reason behind is they have different environment in comparison to ours they have different lifestyle different way of living.
What we can do is start to follow a good balanced diet plan which contains healthy food and those vitamins, proteins, carbohydrates and limited amount of fats.
