Today's fast moving life doesn't give much time to utilize towards your body health and looking upon what is good for the body and what is harmful.As we all have so much work to do in our day to day life there is no time or little time left to give attention towards fitness. And that little time is utilized in either sleeping or passing time by indulging ourselves in technology [ It can be a phone , computer , gaming consoles , televisions etc]. And we trap ourselves in these modern days technologies , which are good but to some instance only. Fitness plays a very important role in everybody's life.Fitness helps body to work physically and mentally both whereas technology is much focused upon using mental ability.Fitness is not just doing different exercises but it’s also about how your eating behaviour is [knowing what is good to eat and what is not ] ,how often do you work upon your body , sleeping pattern [proper rest is a must to be fit by mentally and physically] . There are lots of factors that work when we are moving towards achieving a good fit life both physically and mentally our thinking towards eating habits , sleeping pattern starts to change we behave more consciously towards our eating habits tries to get more and more rest to feel fresh and rejuvenated. A fit mind and body can live long and healthy life.

We might not give much importance towards our fitness but it is very essential habit that everybody should adopt in life. Healthy body can do work more effectively and efficiently as compared to unhealthy one. As we are aware of fitness to some extent , some think it going to a gym is fitness , doing yoga regularly is fitness ,doing cardio in regular interval is fitness. No doubt these all are fitness activities . But doing gym alone cannot be fitness activity at the same time a person needs to work upon their eating habits , getting a proper amount of sleep so that the workout body has performed can be counterbalanced with taking a rest for a while. If we discuss a real life example then a professional bodybuilder , professional yoga trainer , an athlete , sportsperson these all do focus at the same time that what amount of food they are taking , how many calories do they get from particular food they are taking , getting proper rest at regular time interval avoiding unhealthy eating keeping body hydrated .

Good health is important as good health good life and long living but unhealthy body is always in danger and invites too many diseases, increase in body wait, increase in unhealthy toxics in body, it may also cause breathing problems, heart diseases, weight gain is not good for anybody as increased wait binds a person from doing different kinds of activities in life.

Fitness is not so hard to adopt in life . It's hard to start it in starting but once we get started
It works automatically . Like doing regular cycling once a day for more than a week or month
But after that particular time habit is built in yourself to continue that activity and it keeps on going . Like going for a walk either in the morning or in the evening can help one to have good metabolism , fresh mind , better thinking and so many of them . Fitness once adopted helps for long run run and people appreciate what they have started at early times . Regularly doing fitness activities help a person to be in discipline. Discipline must be their and fitness activities helps to build this habit.
