How machines and adulteration affected our health!

People in older days used to do their work on their own, which means that people were not  dependent upon machines and machines were used so rarely. Even the factories used to be labour intensive as we see today most of the factories are machine intensive. Eventually saying  after the invention of machines people started to depend on machines which affected to lessen the work of human efforts. Machines and adulteration has affected our health adversely. We should depend upon machines but to a limit so our efforts are also their. If we put less efforts and depend upon machines and other things which makes work easy then it directly affects the fitness, as we are putting less of  time towards physical and mental fitness  of the body.How  machines and adulteration affected our health

 In older days people used to eat natural things grown in their own fields which were grown using natural fertilizers without harming the crops. But now as we hear in the news that most of the food products we consume are grown with the use of chemical fertilizers which directly affects our health. As we all know about people used to travel by way of walking to different places and they need not worry about their health so much.What situations we face today are different compared to those in older days. Our world has moved a long way towards development and it is good as well. But we should also look into our health and fitness. We are  surrounded by machines and give lesser importance towards our health and at the end gets attacked by different diseases. Directly saying we are more negligent towards our health and life expectancy is low as compared to older days where people used to live more than100 years. People die at young ages by different diseases like cancer, heart diseases, kidney failure, lung failure and many other diseases. These all diseases don't attack our body suddenly but takes time and this scenario can be eliminated by way of fitness and avoiding those things and activities which harm our body. These and many other causes are responsible for low life expectancy ratio as compared to older days.

 But nowadays only Okinawa people of japan a group of islands also known as “land of the immortals” live more than 100 years of age. People their have a  simple diet which includes boiled food , sea food and lots of vegetables and fruits. It's not that we should also follow the same diet the people of  Okinawa are taking because it doesn't make any sense, the main reason behind is they have different environment in comparison to ours they have different lifestyle different way of living.

 What we can do is start to follow a good balanced diet plan which contains healthy food and those vitamins, proteins, carbohydrates and limited amount of fats. These different activities are correlated if we have a healthy lifestyle with proper amount of exercise  which is followed by good diet plan so we can we fit mentally and physically. A fit mind and body will function more fruitfully as compared to others. Fitness helps to avoid lethargic behavior making body fresh and more energetic. Person feels more confident and can face every situation. Starting fitness activities at home is very important that helps to build regular exercise routine at home. Importance of fitness in life is very important  to live a long healthy life.

Starting Fitness Activities At Home

Skipping rope

Buying a jumping rope.Skipping rope is easy and  most effective way to start a Fitness activity at home with lesser investment. As it won't cost much but it is also available nearby where we live. But the thing to consider is don’t put too much time on it. But first you have to start Fitness habits. So  start with small  intervals of time. Suppose if you are skipping for the first time then do it for 10 to 15 mins not more than that. Experts also advice to start with small intervals of time then increase it routine wise. Then start to increase  the workout time daily like adding 20 secs or 30 secs per day. After a week or month you will  we able to do it for more time. But another factor is starting to love what you do and show some interest in it then only it is possible to achieve fitness goals. 

Doing push-ups

Push-ups means pushing yourself up from the earth and using your arms, chest and legs to do a push-up. Push-up is very helpful in building upper body strength. It helps in shaping the body and burning fat. Push-ups is not a difficult thing but at first attempt it may look like a wild goose chase. Start with one push-up a day then start to add one or two push-ups after a two three days. But till the time we don't try it we won't we able to do it.

Cycling

Cycling is a very good fitness activity to do. If possible in a free time you can try to do cycle for some 1-2 kilometers a day. Cycling is very helpful  in good blood circulation, digestion and keeping body fresh. Cycling also helps in building legs muscles. It's an outdoor activity so first you need to quickly look into weather outside and start the ride.

Running

Running is an outdoor activity so you need to choose a good place to run that is dry and have a clean environment. Running is good fitness activity which helps to warm up the body and helps to awake every part of the body. When we hit a gym even gym trainer ask to do treadmill for  10-15 mins so that the body gets warm up. But it is also a small technical think and as we start to run we try to catch up speed quickly and get exhausted very quickly. So simple technique is to take small steps and run in a pace not so fast and not so slow as well.     

Climbing Stairs

Stairs are easy and most affordable way to do fitness activities at home. If possible try to climb two to three floors and repeat this for four or five times. At first climbing stairs might hurt legs muscle but within a week you can easily climb stairs.

Yoga

As we know that yoga has emerged from India and we Indians have spread yoga world wide. Today we also celebrate international yoga day on 21th June every year. It is clear that yoga has great roots in our country. Doing different Fitness activities at home is necessary. So even without going to gym anybody can be fit with doing yoga daily at home. Doing yoga is not rocket science but you just need to know the proper technique of doing different yoga asanas.
